The Elmet Trust’s first ever Poet in Residence had a poem which grew out of the residencey published in the prestegious American literary magazine The Atlantic this month.
The poem recalls Jodies experience of walking across the moors above Mytholmroyd and encountering the location where Hughes first saw horses.

Jodie is working on her third collection of poems. Her previous two collections Nocturne and My Dark Horses were published by Pavillion Poetry.
